Spencer has over 10 years of experience working with children and family services in the non-profit sector as well as local government. Currently, Spencer works full time as a social worker for the Connect for School success program . Spencer is also a licensed Associate Marriage and Family therapist working part time in the community seeing individuals, couples and families. Spencer has been practicing Polyamory for over 6 years and enjoys his free time with his polycule and meeting new people.
